August 2026 This was the second project that KD and his company, Foralis Environmental Inc., have completed for me in the past two months. Impressed of immediate arrival for consult when appointment forgotten! Also, best competitive quote for mold abatement , drywall installation & painting obtained from Krithik :) Finally, communication of crew arrival, polite crew/apprentice and surprisingly lower final cost for services were all appreciated. We are incredibly grateful we found Foralis to handle the stucco remediation for our fourplex. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless. Their team is deeply knowledgeable, absolute masters of their craft, and they were remarkably responsive to every single question we and our tenants had along the way. The crew on-site was fantastic and highly respectful of the property. They kept the job site impeccably clean every single day, which made a massive, multi-unit project incredibly easy to manage without disrupting everyone's daily lives. To top it all off, there were absolutely no financial surprises they invoiced exactly as quoted. I cannot say enough great things about Foralis Environmental. They did an outstanding demolition job that included detailed asbestos abatement procedures, and throughout the entire process they made safety their top priority. They ensured that all regulations were strictly followed and that both their staff and everyone involved were fully protected. What truly impressed me was their professionalism, and reliability. They were always on time, dependable, and incredibly organized. They handled constant changes and building management requirements with patience, understanding, and flexibility — never once making it feel like a burden. After completing the demolition work, they returned to our office to do touch ups, additional repairs and painting, and the results were excellent. The quality of their work exceeded expectations from start to finish.  They also offer recycling services which was very convenient during renovations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional team. An absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you KD!
